Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX24 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DDX24 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DDX24 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
BLCA, SCLC, and PRAD are the cancer types where DDX24 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
