DDX21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,979 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX21_S121, DDX50, and BCCIP. Each is linked with DDX21 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX21-to-partner and partner-to-DDX21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX21 versus DDX21_S121 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX21→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
