DDX21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,031 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX21-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, GINS1, and MYBL2. Each is linked with DDX21 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX21-to-partner and partner-to-DDX21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX21 versus CDK1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX21→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
