DDX21

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX21 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX21-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, ATM, and eIF4G. Each is linked with DDX21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX21-to-partner and partner-to-DDX21 results are reported.
