Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,617 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitochondrial RNA catabolic process, Regulation of mitochondrial RNA catabolic process, and 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with DDX21 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX21-to-partner and partner-to-DDX21 results are reported.
