DDX21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDX21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX21-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRTM1, TEX55, and GPRC6A. Each is linked with DDX21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX21-to-partner and partner-to-DDX21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRTM1 grouped by DDX21-low versus DDX21-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX21→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
