DDX18

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,830 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX18-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, NCAPH, and HROB. Each is linked with DDX18 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX18-to-partner and partner-to-DDX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX18 versus MYBL2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
