DDX18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX18-associated genes across cancer lineages are Di-Ras3, Heregulin, and JNK2. Each is linked with DDX18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX18-to-partner and partner-to-DDX18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Di-Ras3 grouped by DDX18-low versus DDX18-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX18→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
