Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX17 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DDX17 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher DDX17 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
LUAD, BRCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where DDX17 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
