DDX17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,470 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX17-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5787, HSD17B1, and EFNB3. Each is linked with DDX17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX17-to-partner and partner-to-DDX17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5787 grouped by DDX17-low versus DDX17-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX17→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
