Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX11L16 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DDX11L16 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher DDX11L16 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX11L16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and PAAD show a favorable association.

STAD, THCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where DDX11L16 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
