Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDX11L10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DDX11L10 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DDX11L10 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDX11L10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and MESO show a favorable association.

BLCA, STAD, and CESC are the cancer types where DDX11L10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
