DDX11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,708 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB2P1, RPL12P5, and MIR4708. Each is linked with DDX11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX11-to-partner and partner-to-DDX11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB2P1 grouped by DDX11-low versus DDX11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX11→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
