DDX10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,355 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAPPC4, ZPR1, and PRSS12. Each is linked with DDX10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX10-to-partner and partner-to-DDX10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC4 grouped by DDX10-low versus DDX10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX10→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
