DDX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,716 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPA1P72, RPS27P22, and RN7SL375P. Each is linked with DDX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX1-to-partner and partner-to-DDX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPA1P72 grouped by DDX1-low versus DDX1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
