Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDOST Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DDOST data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher DDOST Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDOST expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and SKCM show a favorable association.
PRAD, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where DDOST Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
