DDOST

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDOST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDOST-associated genes across cancer lineages are G6PC2, DEFA4, and BPIFA1. Each is linked with DDOST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDOST-to-partner and partner-to-DDOST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, G6PC2 grouped by DDOST-low versus DDOST-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDOST→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDOST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
