DDO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,518 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDO-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYFIP1, TUBGCP5, and SNORD66. Each is linked with DDO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDO-to-partner and partner-to-DDO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDO→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
