DDO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDO-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT73, KRTAP3-1, and OR10A6. Each is linked with DDO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDO-to-partner and partner-to-DDO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDO→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
