DDN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,558 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR1B, TFAP4, and TRAP1. Each is linked with DDN in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDN-to-partner and partner-to-DDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDN versus POLR1B in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
