DDIT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDIT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 629 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDIT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOCP5, RN7SKP204, and DNAJB5P1. Each is linked with DDIT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDIT4-to-partner and partner-to-DDIT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELOCP5 grouped by DDIT4-low versus DDIT4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDIT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDIT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
