Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDIT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,745 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DDIT4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are VEGF-activated platelet-derived growth factor receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of cell proliferation by VEGF-activated platelet derived growth factor receptor signaling pathway, and Cellular response to steroid hormone stimulus. Each is linked with DDIT4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDIT4-to-partner and partner-to-DDIT4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VEGF-activated platelet-derived growth factor receptor signaling pathway grouped by DDIT4-low versus DDIT4-high in LUNG_SCLC.
