DDIAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDIAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,053 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDIAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAUS1, CDCA4, and PSMA3. Each is linked with DDIAS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDIAS-to-partner and partner-to-DDIAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HAUS1 grouped by DDIAS-low versus DDIAS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDIAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDIAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
