DDIAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDIAS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDIAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, mTOR_pS2448, and PCNA. Each is linked with DDIAS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDIAS-to-partner and partner-to-DDIAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by DDIAS-low versus DDIAS-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDIAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDIAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
