DDC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9A2, SIX6, and PRAMEF9. Each is linked with DDC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDC-to-partner and partner-to-DDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9A2 grouped by DDC-low versus DDC-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
