Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,729 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DDB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDB2_S26, FDXR, and SUPV3L1. Each is linked with DDB2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDB2-to-partner and partner-to-DDB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDB2 versus DDB2_S26 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
