DDB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,665 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS27L, FDXR, and CDKN1A. Each is linked with DDB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDB2-to-partner and partner-to-DDB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDB2 versus RPS27L in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
