DDB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 821 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC29A4P1, MIR4510, and RNA5SP72. Each is linked with DDB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDB2-to-partner and partner-to-DDB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC29A4P1 grouped by DDB2-low versus DDB2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
