DDB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DDB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 662 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf36, ATP2A1, and DPRX. Each is linked with DDB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDB1-to-partner and partner-to-DDB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C4orf36 grouped by DDB1-low versus DDB1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
