Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDAH2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DDAH2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher DDAH2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDAH2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
SCLC, SKCM, and KIRC are the cancer types where DDAH2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
