DDAH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDAH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,653 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDAH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP146, AK4P5, and SRXN1. Each is linked with DDAH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDAH2-to-partner and partner-to-DDAH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDAH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDAH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
