Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DDAH1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DDAH1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher DDAH1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DDAH1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
HNSC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where DDAH1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
