DDAH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDAH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,038 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDAH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, FNBP1L, and AMPD3. Each is linked with DDAH1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDAH1-to-partner and partner-to-DDAH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDAH1 versus RBM47 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDAH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDAH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
