DDA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,992 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARMC6, UPF1, and FAM32A. Each is linked with DDA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDA1-to-partner and partner-to-DDA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDA1 versus ARMC6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
