DDA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,898 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STX10, TMED1, and ZNF20. Each is linked with DDA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDA1-to-partner and partner-to-DDA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDA1 versus STX10 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
