DDA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10R3P, RNA5SP26, and RNU4-82P. Each is linked with DDA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDA1-to-partner and partner-to-DDA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10R3P grouped by DDA1-low versus DDA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
