Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DCXR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DCXR data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher DCXR Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DCXR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and PRAD are the cancer types where DCXR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
