DCXR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCXR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCXR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4465, PYY3, and IL21. Each is linked with DCXR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCXR-to-partner and partner-to-DCXR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4465 grouped by DCXR-low versus DCXR-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCXR→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCXR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
