DCTPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCTPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCTPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ57, YTHDF3-AS1, and SNRPGP17. Each is linked with DCTPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCTPP1-to-partner and partner-to-DCTPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ57 grouped by DCTPP1-low versus DCTPP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCTPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCTPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
