DCTPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCTPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCTPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADRA1A, GPR101, and NKX2-6. Each is linked with DCTPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCTPP1-to-partner and partner-to-DCTPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADRA1A grouped by DCTPP1-low versus DCTPP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCTPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCTPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
