DCTN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCTN4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCTN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ATM, and EGFR. Each is linked with DCTN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCTN4-to-partner and partner-to-DCTN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by DCTN4-low versus DCTN4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCTN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCTN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
