DCTN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCTN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCTN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBY1, SH3GL2, and PPA2. Each is linked with DCTN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCTN4-to-partner and partner-to-DCTN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBY1 grouped by DCTN4-low versus DCTN4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCTN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCTN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
