Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DCTN3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DCTN3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher DCTN3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DCTN3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where DCTN3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
