DCTN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCTN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 461 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCTN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR596, MIR7702, and SNORD116-18. Each is linked with DCTN2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCTN2-to-partner and partner-to-DCTN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR596 grouped by DCTN2-low versus DCTN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCTN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCTN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
