DCT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCT-associated genes across cancer lineages are GP9, CCDC172, and OR4S1. Each is linked with DCT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCT-to-partner and partner-to-DCT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GP9 grouped by DCT-low versus DCT-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
