Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,875 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCST1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FLAD1, UCHL5, and NASP_S421. Each is linked with DCST1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCST1-to-partner and partner-to-DCST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCST1 versus FLAD1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
