DCST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,161 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB27A, MIR1228, and RPL23AP82. Each is linked with DCST1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCST1-to-partner and partner-to-DCST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAB27A grouped by DCST1-low versus DCST1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
