Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCST1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,820 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCST1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of translational initiation, Pre-mRNA catabolic process, and Actomyosin contractile ring organization. Each is linked with DCST1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCST1-to-partner and partner-to-DCST1 results are reported.
