DCST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAN, CFHR2, and CNPY1. Each is linked with DCST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCST1-to-partner and partner-to-DCST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAN grouped by DCST1-low versus DCST1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
