DCPS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DCPS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,484 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DCPS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAF1, PCF11, and RNF214. Each is linked with DCPS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCPS-to-partner and partner-to-DCPS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DCPS versus PAF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DCPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→DCPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
